Our cashless solution to simplify financial transactions during our Warehouse Festival Immersive Point.

HERE'S HOW THE CASHLESS CARD FOR OUR WAREHOUSE FESTIVAL IMMERSIVE POINT WORKS WITH WEEZEVENT :

1. How to obtain the cashless card?

Participants can obtain their cashless card directly on-site by presenting their ticket through a list and a number linked to the ticket.

2. Association with the Weezevent account and balance recharge system:

The cashless cards are linked to your cashless account. Participants can load funds onto their cashless card through a credit card transaction and/or on-site during the Warehouse Festival Immersive Point (two recharge points will be available to participants).
During the Warehouse Festival Immersive Point, we encourage all participants who wish to recharge their cashless card via their credit card to use the QR code on the back of the card, or visit the on-site recharge points.
Note : We strongly advise you to plan the initial recharge of your card in advance to avoid heavy queues at the opening of the Warehouse Festival Immersive Point.

3. Usage during the event :

Participants use their cashless card to make payments during the event. This includes purchases at the bar points and in the food zone.

4. Contactless Transactions :

Transactions are carried out by simply placing the cashless card near the payment terminal equipped with contactless (NFC) technology during the event. No cash handling is necessary and will not be accepted at the bar and food points

5. Checking Balance :

Participants can check their balance and transaction history in real-time from their cashless account, either through the link on our page or with the QR code on your card. You will be prompted to log in (if not already logged in) to the cashless app to access balance or transaction history, recharge your balance, or request a refund.

6. Refund : 

In case of remaining balance on the card at the end of the event, participants can request a refund for unused funds within 1 week after the Warehouse Festival Immersive Point. Participants seeking a refund will be required to provide the 6 digits displayed on the back of the card at the bottom right.
Note : All refund requests for cashless card balance after this 7-day period will be automatically declined.
